Sanitary Manhole Cover Model YAB

This product is constructed from SUS304/316L stainless steel, meeting stringent requirements for food and biopharmaceutical applications. Installed atop pressure vessels or tanks, it provides access to the container interior with secure closure capability, withstanding pressures up to 1000 kPa (10 bar).  

Its smooth, seamless, and self-draining fluid channels are ideal for steam sterilization (SIP) and clean-in-place (CIP) processes. Manufacturing follows FDA quality control requirements with 3D computer-aided design, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.  

Primary Applications: Dairy tanks, beer brewing vessels, food processing containers, beverage production systems, pharmaceutical equipment, and biotech reactors.
