Plate Flanges (PL)

Plate flanges are flat, disc-shaped flanges cut from plate material and custom-machined to specific requirements. Unlike standard forged flanges, plate flanges are fabricated to accommodate unique project specifications, non-standard dimensions, or special equipment connections. They are commonly used for pressure vessel nozzles, custom piping configurations, and applications where standard ASME flanges cannot meet the design requirements.

These flanges offer maximum flexibility in design, allowing engineers to specify custom bolt patterns, bore sizes, outer diameters, and thicknesses to match specific application needs. Plate flanges are particularly valuable in large-diameter applications, special alloy requirements, or when connecting to non-standard equipment. Each plate flange is individually fabricated and can be supplied with full material traceability and custom testing as required by project specifications.
