Square High-shear Emulsifying Tank
The function of an emulsification tank is to dissolve one or more materials (such as water-soluble solids, liquids, or colloidal substances) into another liquid phase and hydrate them to form a relatively stable emulsion. It is widely applicable for emulsifying and mixing raw materials and auxiliary materials like edible oils, powders, and sugars. It is also used for emulsifying and dispersing certain coatings and paints, and is particularly suitable for difficult-to-dissolve colloidal additives such as CMC and xanthan gum.

Emulsification tanks are used in the production of industrial products in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, dyeing, printing inks, and other industries. They are especially effective for preparing emulsions from materials with high matrix viscosity and high solid content.
